Draft at Churchkey. Slightly hazy golden color, thick white head with good retention and solid lacing. Nice coffee aroma. Taste is floral and fruity coffee. Delicious.

4 oz pour on draft at ChurchKey. Clear golden orange with off-white head. Aromas of coffee, light green pepper, caramel. Tastes of coffee, caramel, floral notes, citrus. Medium body with a dry finish.

Coffee and some grain. Golden amber pour with good head and lacing. Light bitter finish. Doesn’t work well, like most coffee ipas. Ingredients cancel each other out. Tap at Churchkey.

Fate Moira Coffee IPA on tap at BruFrou fest. Big bold copper color with a great sweet milk coffee aroma. Lactose, coffee and then some citrusy hops. Odd but works better than some of Shiga Kogen recent coffee beers. Sweet and quaffable.

Somewhere between a 2 and 4oz bottle, I think, pour at SAVOR 2015’s Saturday night session. Poured a pale golden color with a very small white head. Aroma was notes of light roast, some hay. Light herbal notes. Some bitter chocolate, light coffee roast. Bitter finish. Delicious.

On tap @ Fate. Pours a fairly clear burnt orange appearance with an off white head. Roasty, pretty delicious coffee, a touch gritty aroma. Chocolate, earthy, medium roast coffee flavor with some light citrusy notes. This may be the first coffee IPA I’ve ever enjoyed. Just freaking amazing use of coffe.
