For the first time ever in our IPA series we’re collaborating with another brewery! Together with Aslin Beer Co. out of Virginia we made a classic DIPA with some of the most unique and sought after hops we could find. Strata, Zappa and Comet lend a deliciously dank passionfruit forward character with underlying notes of mango and citrus.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: dark yellow to glossy orange color with a slim cap of a little white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: mango, citrusy and passio fruity hops up front, light clean malt underneath
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together in a bittersweet sort of way; finishes juicy bittersweet through the passion fruit and mangoes
Texture: medium bodied, slightly sessionable, smooth along the tongue, some bitterness assertiveness
Overall: good IPA I'd have again.

Strata there, must say, not overly familiar with Zappa, or Comet. Tropical, yet bitter. Interesting beer. Watching jim r. Celtics before hockey. Thanks Moon Dawg!
