Imperial Red Ale Aged In Willett Bourbon Whiskey Barrels
This imperial red ale has a huge malt presence only to be out shined by its hop additions. Dark mahogany red with a nice fluffy head, Fire Ant showcases roasted and toasted caramel notes layered between spicy, herbal and fruity hops.

Poured at GABF, cloudy brown with small beige head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is wood, bourbon, caramel. Medium body, vanilla, caramel, rye, bourbon, wood, nice booze finish, very good.
