This batch is listed as 12.4% abv. Can. Pours deep brown. Smells of bourbon, toffee, and vanilla. It’s a malty brew with a bourbon rich flavor with caramel, vanilla, and chocolate. Full bodied, this is a very enjoyable sipper.

Draft at Churchkey for the The Southern Craft Brewer Night: Burial, Fonta Flora, Great Raft, Parish & Wicked Weed. Poured a pretty dark brown color, not totally opaque, clearly what you’d expect from a brown ale. Aroma was some boozy vanilla seed notes. Flavor had plenty of woody oak barrel notes. Smooth vanilla character. Pretty solid.
