Is nothing sacred? Check out the label, heheh. A thicker looking darker orangish brown ale. Malty and a bit difficult, medicine like at first. Yes, malt and then some rudish hops tend to horn in. Some fine co2 in thar. Finish is a continuum of all these attributes.

Lightly hazy amber beer, decent cream colour head. Palate is smooth and dry with modest fine carbonation. Tangy malts, some cream, caramel and toffee and a trace of marmite. Mild spice. Light semi dry finish. Nothing wrong with a malt forward beer, but this is just an okay one.

Reddish amber color with sizeable white head when poured into shaker. Malty aroma, with taste that is malt mainly followed by mild hops flavor. Finish is very enjoyable.

Clay, dark honey, dough, and dried leaves on the nose. Clear dark copper, medium yellow head. Yeast, dark honey. Finishes with dinner rolls, hints of smoke. Medium body, moderate carbonation. Lots of subtlies for an amber. Distinctive, but still sessionable.

Pours brownish red. Good head and lacing. Good malt and caramel vibe here. Creamy consistency. Easy drinking. Bottle pour sample at Whole Foods.
