Inspired by the cars of our childhood, Brat is the latest entry in The Dashboard Series, our lineup of West Coast IPAs. Each beer is a nod to the rides that took us everywhere.
Brewed with Mosaic and Citra, Brat pours a light orange with little to no haze and opens with bright aromas of citrus and blueberry, layered with pine and subtle stone fruit notes. Its low bitterness and crisp, clear body deliver a smooth, refreshing finish.

Crisp, dry and bitter with some grassy hops, hints of pine and grapefruit, some resin. Old skoolish west coast.

FP draught, as pictured, 10/29/25.
Spicy lemongrass. No allium as usual from Trillium. They do do Mosaic well, say what you will about Trillium these days. Some sweat and dried tropical fruit. No toast or caramel. No pine. Typical white bread malt.
Spicy, juicy, touch of buttered white bread and lingering honey. Low bitterness. Very hybrid-like. Has that sweaty boiled hop character or a WC IPA but that's about the extent of the resemblance. Fine with me.
