That's how we always introduced our malt and hop wizard. But those days are numbered…
Thibolleke moved his ass to Groede. And with his 36 years, we can’t really call him very young anymore.
But this birthday beer also marks another milestone: 20(!) years of brewing experience.
All the wisdom he gained over the years, from homebrewer to mass production brewer to craft beer brewer, comes together in this 24-hour brewing day!
A thick, fat, triple mashed, super boiled, high-ABV imperial stout, packed with his all-time favourite adjuncts: cacao & Hazelnut

Op tap bij Brouwerslokaal, klein sample. Modderige, donkerbuine kleur, beige kraag. Ruikt flink boozy, gedroogde vruchten zoals abrikozen, rozijnen, krenten, appel, wat chocolade en praliné, al komen de adjuncts niet extreem naar voren. Laag RIS-karakter, medium body, minder dik dan verwacht.
