Azacca gives the beer juicy notes of ripe mango, papaya, and fresh citrus, Galaxy adds layers of passion fruit and pineapple, and Talus provides a subtle pine and citrus accent on the finish. Together, these exotic hops create a super juicy New England Double IPA with a soft mouthfeel, in which the hop character is supported by a light malt sweetness and balanced bitterness. The finish combines tropical fruit with fresh citrus and pine notes.
Cheers to 10 years!

Keg at It Ain't Much If It Ain't Dutch, 31/10/2025.
Moderately hazed golden orange topped with an off white cap that thins to the edge.
Nose is melon, papaya, grass, pine needle.
Taste comprises grapefruit, bitter orange, pine nip, ripe melon, guava.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with juicy come grassy hop bitterness.
Tidy well balanced DIPA.
Can at home, pours, wel... stratified. Semi clear first, then goes the trub, yum. Booze, light sweetness, candied fruits, more booze, a touch of bitterness in the end. Cleanish mouthfeel, not what I'd expect from a nedipa
