In her honour and after all the liberation marches she made, we decided to free our beer, but this time from its Gluten.
An IPA session with a slightly pronounced bitterness and a fruity aftertaste brewed with real Malts. An enzyme makes the beer Gluten Free.

Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 6
Very basic stuff. Notes of sugary sun-kissed bread, some grain, jammy citrus accents. So so balance, a hint of pine needle, oranges, bready malts. Drinkable but not anything special.
