From a 12 oz bottle. Pours a clear copper with a white head. Aromas are caramel and grass. Flavors are spicy jalapeños. Not a beer for a chugging contest.

12 oz. Aroma has notes of jalapenos, bready malt, lemon custard. Pours clear golden with a one finger off-white head that falls into a ring immediately. Taste has a moderate level of pepper heat backed by the bready malt sweetness, finishing dry. Mouthfeel is thin and watery. I love pepper beers, but this would have been a lot better with a fuller body.

Not a pleasant beer. Mostly chili vegetable matter. Slight spice. Pours golden clear with good head. Light spicy finish. Tap at brewery.

Draft at Great Basin, Reno. Bold yellow color with a small white head. Aroma is mild and fresh with the chili peppers and hints of heat. Really clean and fresh pepper flavors. Seems like a good chili pepper beer to me has a bell pepper taste… this one has it too. Light heat, but it lets you know its there. One of the better chili beers I’ve tried for sure.

Draft at the Reno source. Crystal clear bright golden yellow color. Nice aroma of freshly roasted peppers. Taste is peppery straw with light heat.

Tap at West Coast Invitational 2015. Clearly not the salsa version. Jalapeno aroma. Med body, nearly. Flavor is moderate jalapeno; a little pepper in the throat. Very nice. Not kidding!

On-Tap at the Brewery Sparks NV, Pours out a clear gold topped with a white head. A Jalapeno aroma all over it. tast of jalapenos once again a little spice on it aswell. Not bad for a little hot brew.
