Dry hopped, tart Saison style, Sauvignon Blanc Oak Barrel aged. Somewhere between beer and wine, the flavors found in this beer blur the lines. With a wine-like acidity and dry finish, Blurred Sb showcases sauvignon blanc grapes and expresses notes of passion fruit, kaffir lime, Granny Smith apple, and white peach.

Bottle. Pours clear yellow, small white head that nevertheless leaves good residual and lacing on the glass. Light aroma, vinous, white wine, white grape, oak, dust, bugs, chardonnay. Flavor is lightly tart, light funk, vinous, bright, fruity, white grapes and a hint of apple. Light body, delicate. Nice.

Very dense, just off-white head, stable over light golden beer. Superb aromatic nose with lunaria, white wine, fresh (citrus)blossoms and sweet woodruff. Mildly acidic, again blossomy, fine green herbs. Sharp-ish acidity, but in balance with the complex aromas. Gradually, more flavours as from passion fruit, pears, green apple and peach. Less vinous than the nose, however. Medium bodied at best, spritzy carbonation, bit slick. Outstanding beer, a real gem!
