Pours cloudy golden color with low white foam, solid retention. Cellar , Wood and light peach aroma. Stone fruit, apricot, peach, apple note & oak wood...tart. No bitterness. Super dry finish.

Sour and tart, dry, some fruity sweetness. Peachy stone fruit, a bit of lime, some woody funk, a little bit of apple cider vinegar. Brilliant, well done.

Funky, vinous and oaky woody with some sweetish berries, earthiness and farmyardy tartness, mild sourness. Okay, not super complex but still pretty tasty.
