Sour and tart, dry, some fruity sweetness. Peachy stone fruit, a bit of lime, some woody funk, a little bit of apple cider vinegar. Brilliant, well done.

Funky, vinous and oaky woody with some sweetish berries, earthiness and farmyardy tartness, mild sourness. Okay, not super complex but still pretty tasty.
