A journey through time and oak. First aged in bourbon barrels, soaking up warm vanilla and caramel notes, before resting in Marlobobo’s mead barrels, where whispers of cherry complexity emerge. The fusion of rich raspberry, delicate honey, and deep barrel character creates a layered, evolving experience. Lush, tart, and aged to perfection, this is Bianca with an extra touch of elegance. Enthusiastically crafted at our church brewery on Sturegatan 41 in Sundbyberg, Sweden.

Bottle at the Strait and Narrow, Lincoln. Very deep berry red almost black with a slight head. Aroma and Taste are a masterpiece, Cherry, Raspberry, Vanilla, some fruit, and oak, Is that some floral honey? Tart to tangy sweet. Hints of the alcohol. but at 12% I'm not surprised.
