12 oz bottle thanks to Clarkvv! Nose is old maple syrup with hints of old vanilla. pretty amazing that there is still carbonation here. No wet cardboard or wet newspaper notes. It sort of held up. I would never hold any beer 25 years. Jeez!

Bottle shared by ClarkVV--thanks, Clark (wouldn't have gotten this any other time)! Clear maple syrup brown, small head. Aroma is strong caramel, prune, raisin. Taste follows aroma with a bit of cardboard finish. Smooth, thick texture, flat carbonation (kind of expected for age). Surprisingly good for the age.

Thanks Clark for the 25yr old beer. Small tan head, aroma is dark fruit, English amber ale. Amazing it held up for this long.

Fat på CBC-2016. Smak och doft av choklad, karamell, torkad frukt, brunt socker med toner av marsipan. Lätt kropp, fin strong ale med fin sötma och bra balans. Gott!

Draught@CBC2016 (Blue Session). Deep amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is sweet malts, fruits, toffee and some slight ripe fruity notes too. Flavour is fruity, nectary, some slight sugary notes, but at the same time quite bittery dry as for the palate.
