Cask-conditioned hazy pale.
A superbly opaque pale hopped with Krush Spectrum, Idaho 7, Mosaic & Nelson Sauvin. Expect a burst of sweet tropical flavours from Krush Spectrum alongside ripe mango, zesty lime and fleshy passionfruit. This pale is built on an oat and wheat base adding pillowy softness and claims a high finishing gravity which leaves a residual sweetness which reinforces the juicy, pulp qualities of the hops.

Cask at EBF Nov 25. Hazy pale gold. Thin frothy foamy white head. Aroma has soft stone fruit with a tart citrus edge and gooseberry. Flavourwise it matches the aroma. There are sweet fruitjuice elements alongside prickly bitter gooseberries and citrus. Medium bodied. Slick verging on oily. Soft-flat carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Enjoyable punchy stuff.
