Erhöhte Karbonisierung. Bitterer, moderat getreidiger Beginn. Schwacher, nicht aber störender Körper, etwas brotig, die Bitterkeit bleibt prägend. Süffig, kurzer Abgang, OK! 8/8/11/7/8/8

330ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish, golden colour with average, frothy, rapidly osteoporosing, snow-white head. Grainy, strawy and grassy aroma, a touch of weed, hay and silage. Taste is watery, minimally strawy, grassy, slightly mineral, diluted hints of hay, straw, silage, floral overtones. Watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Light, quite refreshing, rather watery of course, but no onerous, musty, doughy yeasty interference as usual for most NA beers - not bad.

Worty, malty aroma. Thin and watery, but at least a fairly clean palate. Worty and a bit vegetable-like. Not too bad for a non alcoholic lager, but I still prefer water.

$2.25 can, Wine Warehouse. Only because it counts and my haul was low today. Crystal clear gold with a soft white head. Aroma is corn water, corn chip. Flavor is wet paper, cardboard, glue, corn. It's pretty bad... if you're going for a beer with no alcohol (why?), you sure wouldn't be satisfied with this.

330 ml bottle into lager glass, no bottle dating. Pours crystal clear medium golden yellow color with a 1 finger dense and rocky white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Bit of skunk and paper/cardboard, but not overpowering. Okay aromas with good balance of pale malt and earthy hop notes; with solid strength. Taste of cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate herbal, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Okay taste with balanced pale malt and earthy hop flavors; with a good malt/bitterness balance. Touch of harsh hop astringency after the finish, but not overwhelming. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Perfectly clean on lager flavors, with zero yeast notes present. Light-moderate increasing dryness from bitterness. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth and moderately bready/grainy/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is okay. Overall this is an okay NA beer. Balanced pale malt and earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and fairly refreshing to drink; despite the increasingly bitter/drying finish. Tastes like a Pilsner as expected, but the NA process makes it taste a little weird. Very flavorful overall. Green bottles don't help anything. A fairly enjoyable offering.

0.33 l bottle from local ’trinkgut’, best before October 2017. Clear, golden yellow with a large, frothy, stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly grassy aroma of wort, grains and some straw. Slightly sweetish, moderately bitter, a bit grassy and a little watery taste of grains, straw and some wort, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly grassy and quite dry finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Okay for what it is, good balance between residual sweetness and dryness.
