Bottle pour at the May 1st DC Tasting. Poured a totally clear yellow color with a wispy off-white head. Aroma was light apples. Smooth brandy, some sweet apple pie.

375ml bottle pours a dark gold with no head. Legs like a scotch. Nose has apple and honey and watered down Jameson. Flavor hazy honey, flavored liqueur, apple, butter too. Finishes hot and boozy.

Bottle at the DC RateBeer Tasting. Clear pale yellow. Aromas of apples, caramel, syrup. Tastes of caramel, syrup, apples, light booze. Medium-light body with a dry finish.

From a bottle share at the DC gathering May 1, 2016 it is a clear golden color. The aroma is apple and the taste is sweet apple with hints of honey that ends with a burning boozey finish Yummy

Bottle courtesy of DCLawyer, thanks! Clear bright golden yellow color. Very herbal perfumy rosewater aroma, edge of apple skin. Taste is sweet and fruity, thick and oily mouthfeel. Tasty.
