Not sure what to expect in 2025? Us either. One thing we do know is that we can’t go wrong reaching for a hazy IPA. And this Hazy IPA is no exception, loaded with Amarillo, Centennial & Simcoe hops for an old school meets new school clash of deliciousness. Look through the haze for notes of ripe citrus, pine and smooth tropical fruit. Here’s to a new year and many more new beers!

Draft at the Sapphire Lounge. Hazy, milky pour, small white head. Citrus aroma, orange and grapefruit. Taste is more citrus, as usual, kind of juicy. Bit of tart bitterness at the finish.

Hazy tan, with a thin head, just a few bubbles. On the nose, both appley and grapefruity. Soft body, light sweetness. This is a bit peachy, lychee, fruity, actually pretty nice.

16 oz can poured. Love these cans. Winning at the can game for sure. Juicy golden pour with plenty of foam head. Tons of hop character here. Liquid hops. Grassy, with a later splash of fruit. Reasonable bitterness. The descriptors call this balanced, but I think it's absolutely on the hop side of things, which isn't a bad thing. Barely sweet, has a rich creaminess. A tasty IPA, but unfair that I got to enjoy it side by side with their masterpiece Culture Cuvee. Good stuff.
