Draft at the source. Clear deep maroon color, tan head. Taste has burnt toast, pine. Taste is riasty, bitter finish. Very tasty.

10 oz pour at the brewpub. Pour is mostly clear brown with ruby highlights. Smallish off white head. Aroma of resin hoppiness, some earthy floral aspects as well. Fresh and inviting nose. Taste is bitter hops initially, with some resin, earthy almost malty peatiness. Interesting and unique. Palate is thin-medium, lingering bitterness. Nice one.

Tap @ brewpub. The beer comes to the table with a very dark amber color that comes of as almost a shade of brown and has a sticky lacing. Aroma is hoppy ala West Coast with a bit of "green" plant-like hops at the end. Taste is lightly sweetened hops with a clean maltiness. Aftertaste is lightly "green" hops. Its pretty low on bitterness but with a dry bitter-esque flavor lingers a bit. Its a darker IPA, I don;t get any chocolate or roast brew at all. Nice stuff that I would drink again.
