“We’ve partnered with noted artist and fellow son of Tarpon Springs, Christopher Still, to reflect the history and stories of Florida. The label artwork is taken from the painting
‘To Have and Have Not’ which is on display in the State capital. ‘Tradtitionnel’ is light amber in color with a slight bit of sweetness on the finish.

Our house yeast along with open fermentation and resident ‘Free Range Tarpon Springs Brettanaomyces’ add to the complexity of this ale.”

Poured at Shelton Festival, orange yellow with medium frothy white head. The aroma is yeast, floral, toasted grain. Medium body, bready malt, yeast, harsh bitter finish, decent.

Bottle pour at Shelton Brothers. Light orange and hay aromas. Clean and crisp with a touch of mustiness. Easy drinking, but straight-forward.

Draft pour pint at Cajun Cafe. Rating from notes, per their no electronics rule, which I kinda dig. You mean we have to talk to each other? Bright golden orange pour witha patchy head. Soft and sweet melon like aroma. I’ve always had trouble describing biere de garde, outside of knowing I enjoy the flavor. Orange fruit, saison type spice. Sweet lemon. Pairs nicely with the cajun food. Good stuff.

A hazed golden saison with a thick frothy lacing white off white head. In aroma, nice sweet fruity malt with light buttery notes, grapeskin, light curacao, coriander, light perfumy notes, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light mineral notes, curacao, coriander, light perfumy notes, nice and smooth. On tap at Cajun Café spring beer fest 2016.
