Draft at Meridian Pint where it’s described as a berliner weisse. Cloudy yellow color, thin white edge head. Aroma of citrus. Taste is tart grapefruit. Kind of redundant, but refreshing and tasty enough.

Hazy golden coloured body with a large and noticeable two centimetre tall just off-white and cream coloured head. Aroma of fruity sourness - lactic acid, coupled with a light citrus scent. Light-bodied; Relatively pungent grapefruit and especially lemon flavour up front with a good. body and some nice malts at the end. Strong yeast and wheat flavours along with some grain, coriander seed and tons of citrus and lactic acid. Aftertaste is nice and dry with a large citrus flavour, some yeast and a touch of grass as well.
