Ramble through the seasonal foliage with an all-American IPA. For Leaf Seeker, our brewers’ trek to the Pacific Northwest hop fields yielded Citra, Chinook and El Dorado. Back in Hershey, we layer hoppy notes of citrus, dank pine and tropical fruit over a pale malt bill. This west coast-style IPA has just the right amount of bitterness for peak peeping

Reviewed from notes.
Bottle to becher glass.
Appearance: yellow color with a good transparency about it, two and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: piney and tropical fruity hoppiness; clean bready malts
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a fine bittersweet quality; finishes piney and tropical fruity
Texture: light bodied, sessionable; slick/semi-oily on the tongue, some bitter hops stab at the tongue
Overall: nice enough IPA worthy of coming back to

Can. Clear pale yellow, decent white head. Rubber on pine nose. First taste is chewing on a real rubber innertube with troublesome phenolic sharp bitterness. Difficult, rude; bitter mouth coating bastard. I thought this was on style for an IPA but I have to agree with frothingslosh, somebody who likes IPA, on this one! I'd say its right down there with Cooperstown Back Yard, Great Lakes Sharpshooter Session, Goose Island Endless and Victory Victorious #1 ! It don't even have enough alky in it to help me forget about the taste.

Yellow with a medium sized creamy white head that left great lacing. Off flavors with earthiness and fruity hops. Long off finish. Medium body. Absolutely awful.

Sample at Bob's Bar. Clear yellow-straw color with a thin white head that burns away quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Aroma of grassy hops, citrus and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of grassy hop, zesty citrus and bready malt. The finish is dry and moderately bitter with a citrusy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.
