For the 2025 vintage of our barrel-aged Grape Ale, Darren The One Eyed Cat, we rested a blend of 18 month barrel aged beer on PEC-grown Pinot Gris grape skins from Rosehall Run's 2024 harvest.
It drinks like an orange wine, with notes of honey, strawberry, and apricot.
Darren is our barn cat. He came to us as a kitten, then left, then came back with one eye. He's our sweet, sweet boy.
Bottle conditioned and naturally carbonated. Brewed with 100% Ontario ingredients.

Pours a golden with a slight pink tinge, fluffy white head which reduces very quickly. Very light carbonation. Taste is primarily smooth vinous grapes, minerals, with mild off flavour funk that lingers. Very mellow Bottle from the brewery.
