Draft: Poured a golden with carbonated bubble head. Aroma is fresh, crisp apple. Taste is crisp fresh cut apples, light tannin, semi-sweet.

Poured a clear pale yellow color with a small soapy white head. The aroma and flavor were both dry, musty with some apple flesh. Medium length finish and body.

4oz draft at South County Brewing. Basic cider is best to put it. Just a light sweetness and an earthy musty character. I would be happy it make something this well executed though not exciting.

From tap. Pours clear and pale yellow, no head. Aroma is dry and zesty apples. Medium dry, juicy. Mild sweet and juicy apples finish.

Draft at the source. Clear bright yellow color, few bubbles. Aroma of fresh apples. Taste is apple skins, light lemon. Refreshing.

5 oz pour on draft at Miscreation. Clear pale yellow almost water-white. Aromas of apples and champagne. Tastes of apples, champagne, sugary apple juice. Light body with a dry finish. Simple but tasty.
