12oz can pours a translucent ruby amber with some sticky, beige head. Nose has butterscotch and malt and some sweet tea, nuts. Flavor is chewy with malt and butterscotch, marzipan, bread crust. Finishes off dry, medium bodied. Good.

Can from Total Wine. Deep brown in colour, with a thin, off-white, head. Aroma of brown sugar and some leafy hops. Flavour had ripe, bready malts, a hint of red berries, slight toastiness and a gentle finish. A decent brown ale.
