Batch #1, 11/2018, funky ginger works well! Plus lime, plus rum barrels, equals like a mojito wild ale? Gingery mojito? Or some sort of Cuba libre? Basically rum cocktail with ginger funky wild ale stuffs. Effervescent and sweet and sour.
