Draft at the source. Slightly hazy yellow color, white head. Aroma is floral, earthy haystacks and light funk. Taste is softly sour citrus on a dusty barnyard background. Very tasty.

Fair State. Yellow color. This is good. I do pick up the wheat. I am not getting the brett and that is ok. Lightly tart, some sour grapefruit and peach, mild acidic bite. Sour but not very much of that. I get lacto in the finish. Very good. review of the Halltertau version. Hops are more pronounced in this version. Same hazy appearance, not quite as sour, and less yeast character. So, more hops and less sour. good.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy light gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of sour light fruits with some wheat and an earthy Brett supporting. Flavor has a really nice sour note with light acid and a Brett funk as well as a wheat backbone.
