Minnesota Trip Beer #88. Keg at the brewery, 5/9/16. Clear copper, large creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of brett, citrus, pale malt. The taste is citrus, brett, pale malt. Medium bodied, mild lingering tartness.

All Pints North 2016. This is an extremely dry and bitter ipa. it leaves my mouth feeling dry and it is hard to imagine drinking a full pour actually. flavor is good, dry, bitter hops and flowers. Malt is there but of secondary importance.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear dull orange with a white head that that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sweet citrus with a light funk, earthy grain and a bit of bread supporting. Flavor also has sweet citrus with sweet grains and a light funky bread note.
