Draught@CBC2016. Hazy amber colour with a small off-white head, which leaves lace. Aroma is tart fruits, some wood, mild toffee and some dried fruits. Flavour is dried fruits, some bourbon, mild acidity along with some toffee and wood. Even though somewhat complex it does feel a bit thin.

On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. A blurry deep golden colored one with a hefty a decent looking sidesticking grey head. Like the aroma. It's both sweet and a little red berry tart. Wood snurpy, with gentle lemonade traces. It has a really grainy taste. At least at first. Grains and those unwanted popcorn hinst. Lots of them. Oily in the mouth and below average on the prickling carbonation. Rye bread and a mild white wine vinegar sourness. Oaky and quite a tart finish on this one. Strange. 13.05.2016

Draft. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of wood, berries, fruit, and a bit of alcohol. The flavor is acidic with notes of fruits, wood, and raspberries, leading to a tart finish.

On tap at CBC 2016, yellow session. Pours hazy amber, small off-white head. Malty, tart fruit, wood, dried fruit, some vanilla, bourbon notes. Nice sweetish acidic combo. Medium bodied, bit lacking there - more body would be nice.

[ As Three Floyds Big Tiddy Assassin - Bourbon Barrel ].Unclear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, caramel, sweet malt, tart, apple, light wood - bourbon. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, tart, apple - fruit, bourbon, wood. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160511]

From tap. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity. Lingering peachy and mild wineous. Slight wooden. Mellow, smooth and lingering fruity finish.

Pours hazy deep golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, hint of tartness, popcorn and grain. Taste is medium sweet, medium bitter and light sour with a long corn, popcorn and grainy finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
