This William Larue Weller barrel was previously used to age Maple Syrup, providing a slightly sweet finishing note alongside vanilla and caramel from the charred oak. These are perfectly balanced against notes of freshly roasted coffee, raisins, and dark chocolate, with a semi-sweet full, malty body.

Is a WLW barrel that was used to barrel age maple syrup still a WLW barrel after? Lil sus. Lil soy sauce. But way better than expected considering the last adroit and my experience with em. Some umami comes out weirdly but this is mostly good. Warm up!
