Farmhouse Cuvée is a delicate and complex blend of mixed culture ales of varying age, being matured in both neutral French oak and new American oak casks that impart a more pronounced barrel character. A dry hop with Citra hops accentuates the citrusy and tropical fruit flavors, balancing the floral and earthy notes.

Damn delicate citra soft oak sweetness. Was a bit of a gusher but maybe my fault cause I didn't expect a tiny cork? Perfect bubbles though and nice lemony zest.
