Solid Bohemian PIlsner. Dry malt and well hopped with saaz of course. Some grass and wood flavors.7 3 7 4 14 Rerate, 2/16, I liked it a little more the second time, but was surprised my numbers changed by only one point. Some hope complexity and lager yeast is noticeable.

On tap at SPSBF. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has a good amount amount of grass hops with a bit of backing grain and crisp lager yeast. Flavor is similar with a really nice balanced grassy hop note and grain backing with a nice crisp yeast note.

Draft at Town Hall. Filtered greenish yellow. Steady white head. Peppery hop aroma on top of a clean malt backbone. Reclaiming all the good parts of a Pils . Pretty big and bold, somewhere between a Bohemian Pils and an Imperial Pils. Not at all sticky or sugary. Impressive.
