Tap. Pours opaque mahogany, small brown head, good lacing. Aroma is loads of bourbon, oak, vanilla, coffee, roast, rye malt, cocoa. Flavors is pretty sweet, light bitter, rich and creamy. Full body, silky mouthfeel.
Dark black bod sml tan head. Roast and choc arma. Roast, choc, bourbon and molassas flav. Med full bod mod carb. 8/5/8/4/15 3.8

Black paper bag wrapped bottle at the DC March Tasting. Dark brownish black with light tan head. Aromas of roast, light smoke, licorice, dark chocolate. Tastes of whiskey, roasty notes, dark chocolate. Medium-light body with a dry finish.

Lots of barrel and some roast and caramel. Black pour with great head and lacing. Booze finish with some sweetness.

Bottle, paper wrapped. Dark clear maroon brown color, fluffy beige head. Aroma of boozy bourbon, vanilla, roast, light spice. Taste is spiced toasted brown bread dipped in whiskey. Very tasty.

Keg at the brewery. Pours a clear dark brown with a thin tan head. Fair head retention. Aroma of stone bourbon, vanilla, rye, roasted malt. The taste is chocolate, bourbon, candied citrus, wood, vanilla, coconut. Medium bodied, mild booze. Nice beer.
