Superior Stabat Lupus is a blend of saison macerated on citrus.
The 2021 iteration includes well aged beer made entirely with barley and English hops, a puncheon fermented and aged buckwheat beer, and wheat beer fermented and aged in an oak tank. The blend was macerated for some time on Bergamot orange zest and Mandarinquat citrus.
This beer was refermented to condition in the bottle with raw Washington Star Thistle honey.
