Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 02/12/2025.
Hazed duller shade of orange topped with a just off white head.
Nose is orange zest, subtle pine nip, grass, melon, papaya, nectarine.
Taste comprises orange pith, light putty, guava, pine nibble, light breads, soft malts.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with juicy hop bitterness.
Tidy pale.

Can. Just a very light haze on the slightly yellowish gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Inevitably thin bodied pale malts but, Phantom never let you down with malt sweetness, no exception here. Crisp cooling pine hops. A light bright savoury skunk note underneath. Cashmere slightly ripe melon sits comfortably alongside thin but bright Amarillo and Citra citrus, slightly tangy. Floral light orange, rounded mandarin and very light tangerine. Light crisp finish. Nice job. Phantom have packed a lot into this light pale ale. Refreshing.
