Traditional Method Cider is 100% Estate grown apples – When Sandridge Barton Estate moved in ,they inherited a couple of orchards. Rather than let the apples go to waste, or fall to the hands of Devon’s notorious ‘Scrumpers’, they thought put them to good use. Making a crisp refreshing vintage cider.

750ml wired cork bottle from Sandridge Barton. Opened with a pop. Sparkling, golden colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of apple, fruit, light funk. Taste is sweetish, tart, tangy, appley, fruity, with alittle barnyard funk and earthy tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
