A crisp West Coast IPA with bright grapefruit flavour and a clean bitter edge. Refreshing and balanced for an easy stroll through classic hop character.

(Draft at Mother Kelly's Bethnal Green, London, 21 Nov 2025) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Hoppy, fruity nose with citrus, grapefruit, peaches and grass. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, grass, peaches, pineapple, grapefruit and a generous citric/piney bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh, crisp and hoppy. Very nice.

Can from Against The Grain. Golden body with a light haze and a thin white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of minerals and citrus. Flavour of bitter hops and a lemony edge. Thin to medium body with a slick mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Clean but I found it a little muted.

Can from Appellation Wines.
Appearance - golden and fairly clear. Foamy white head.
Nose - pine for sure, dried orange and a hint of toffee.
Taste - dried orange again, canned peach, less of the pine and toffee.
Palate - medium bodied, creamy and tangy middle with a dry, tangy finish.
Overall - generous beer, bursting with flavour.
