Bottle, 75cl, from trade with Bryne. A bit rough and alcoholic this one. Some tannins, nicely sparkling. Some yeast hints, but mostly a good mix of fresh and overripe apple. Oak hints, some alcohol. A cider that needs more than a sip to be appreciated. 646413 251207

YG. Golden-yellow color with no head. Aroma and flavor is apple, yeast, alcohol, yeast, oak.
