The aromas are yeast, dust, dry white wine. Flavors are similar to nose, traditional European saison qualities at first with some bitter Band-Aid finish. Decent body and carbonation. One and done.

Bottle from Turdferguson, undated (Grrrr), drunk 5/30/16.
Fair enough appearance, with a sparkling golden body, high clarity and a white head showing moderate retention.
More wet leaves, bread, hay and light table sugar notes in the nose remind of the oatmeal pale somewhat. Or I guess that’s just the house character in general, which I have to say, needs a little work. It’s neither overly funky/rustic, on one end of the spectrum, or clean/bright/snappy on the other. Just sort of bready, doughy, vaguely peppery/clove-like and with the mushy malts not helping things at all.
Lots of bread, light clove, simple sugars and a slightly fizzy carbonation, with "hard" specialty malt textures at times. As well, and probably the biggest offender, it remains too sweet on the finish, with borderline caramel flavors building up.
