West Coast Pils - Hopped thru the boil with YCH American Noble Cascade hops, then dry hopped with cascade and Citra. Before packaging we added a late addition of Simcoe Hyperboost! Well-rounded and mellow with deep citrus, and honeydew. Collaboration with YCH hops.

A bit cloudy golden color and small steady white head. Hayish aroma. Light-bodied. Snappy bitter, hayish pils, some piney notes. Good Sauna beer. TCBW 26

TCBW2026. Slightly hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is grassy, herbs and mild hayish tones with some mild grains as well. Flavour is hay, grass, some mild bready malts as well as mild resin to it.

16 oz can. In a trade with S & L. Aroma has mild cracker malt and hops that give off cooking herbs and citrus peel.
Flavor has a cracker and honey like malt backbone with the citrus peel and cooking herbs in the finish. A little more stern in the bitterness than I was expecting for a Pilsner. Very classic. Pretty easy drinking.

Draft at Human Robot Gerard. Honey gold pour. Frothy white head. Earthy malt nose. Spicy hops as well. Flavor is slick malt and spicy, grassy hops. Clean and crisp. Dry on the palate. Some grapefruity notes in the dry finish.
