"We had the chance to try Manilita hops from Freestyle Hops, and of course we had to get some. We paired it with Nelson Sauvin, also from Freestyle. Our Nelson brings notes of gooseberry, white wine, and citrus, while Manilita brings in beautiful stone fruit and tropical character on top."

Can. A mild to medium haze on this yellowish gold beer, small and short lived pale cream head. Light palate, a very mild dryness, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light bodied pale malts, a slightly thin creamy sweetness. Soft cooling pine and a very mild hop itch. Light red grapefruit, not sharp or bitter. Very soft skunk. Whisper of Nelson grape. Light finish. Clean and drinkable but the hop delivery is underwhelming, especially for this brewery. Needs more hop weight.

Smell of stone fruit, citrus. Cloudy yellow colour, with grey residue. Aroma of stone fruit, oat, citrus peel. Some kiwi in finish. Medium bitter, medium sweet. Slightly oily texture. Nicely balanced.

On tap at Haka, pours an opaque yellow with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of tangy hops, some chalkiness, and muddled earthiness. Flavour is very muddled, with pithy stone fruits, tons of chalk, a touch of hopburn, and a milky palate. Too chalky and muddled, but has some good stone fruits. Not great.

440ml can from the brewery.
Poured hazy and orange in color.
Quite intense DIPA. Grapes, tropical fruits, white wine notes, gooseberry dry finish. Petrol fumes are there. Juicy, crushable. Top 3 Factory for me. Excellent.

Juicy tropical fruity, citrusy and piney with some floral hops, vinous grapes, grapefruit, lime, hay and hints of bitterness. Pretty nicely hopped
