Gewürziger, im Hintergrund unerwartet wässriger Beginn. Milde Süße, etwas Kardamom, Zimt. Schwach bleibend, kurzer Abgang. 9/6/8/5/8/6

330ml bottle. Minimally milky, dark amber colour with small to average, creamy, slowly diminishing, moderately lacing, off-white head. Sweet-ish, minimally toasty, caramel malty and minimally spicy aroma, hints of allspice, ginger, clove, aniseed, nutmeg, whiffs of cinnamon. Taste is minimally sweet, minimally toasty, caramel malty, slightly spicy, hints of ginger, clove, aniseed, a touch of nutmeg, allspice.
Oily texture, smooth and soft, minimally greasy palate, medium, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Well known composition of spices, but rather cautious and almost a tad monotonous - OK.

0,33 l bottle. BB 14.10.26. Cloudy pale amber in the glass, small light tanned head. Intensive sweet christmas herbs on the nose, mainly anis and cardamom. Taste is less herbal, more on the malty side with orange fruity elements. Anis and cough drops in the background. Low carbonation. Enjoyable stuff if you are in the right mood.
