Bramley SV is made from the full juice of Bramley cooking apples, donated from garden trees across the local area. The juice is fermented to dryness, to produce a smooth, acid led, refreshing cider that showcases the fresh citrus fruit flavours that are characteristic of the Bramley apple. 500ml. 6.5%.

500ml bottle from Brennan's. Hazed yellow gold colour, bubbly white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of apple, straw, funk. Taste is sweetish, tangy, appley, pineapple fruit hint, with some funk and mellow acidity. Medium bodied, low soft carbonation drying fruity funky acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
