This edition of our barrel-aged series features bourbon barrels selected by independent bottler Lost Lantern Whiskey of Vergennes, VT. After three months resting in barrel, the cider takes on notes of vanilla, orange peel, and leather. A comforting companion for those long nights.

2025 bottle drunk 11/5/25, as pictured.
Juicy apple, nice and rich, but drying out nicely with rich, spicy bourbon and soft, mild Brett. But it's a clean cider first and foremost, with light black pepper, vanilla, pie crust and soft, yellow fruits.
Soft, with the excellent tannin and lightly juicy apple flesh. Easygoing apple pie and vanilla. Just sweet and spicy enough. No alcohol noted. Super flavorful yet not overdone or too rich and sweet at any point.
