Salted Caramel Cream Stout
Some creations are born not from necessity but from desire. Pecado is our newest 8% Cream Stout brewed in collaboration with our dear friends Hop Hooligans from Bucharest. Over the years, their fearless approach and boundless creativity have inspired us and this brew is the perfect expression of that shared spirit. Indulgence is at the heart of Pecado: golden caramel drapes the palate, coconut cream caresses with velvet softness, condensed milk lingers like a secret and Portuguese sea salt sharpens the edge of desire. Rich yet balanced, bold yet smooth, every sip feels like giving in to a delicious sin. This is Pecado. Temptation in a glass, crafted to seduce and brewed without compromise.
Malts: Pale Ale, Malted Oats, Flaked Oats, Caramunich II, Carafa I, Carafa III & Roasted Barley
Others: Caramel, Coconut Cream, Condensed Milk & Salt
Hops: East Kent Goldings
Yeast: WLP001 California Ale

TCBW2026. Hazy brown colour with a tiny head. Thick. Aroma is chocolate, some salted caramel with mild coconut as well as some oaty tones as well as some fudgey elements. Flavour is very similar to the aroma. Rather sweet, but with a nice salty kick in the end.

Pours dark brown with a huge airy tan head. Aroma: milk chocolate, light nuts and brownie. Taste: plenty of brown sugar, chocolate milk and nuts. Light artificial palate.

Tap at Winter Affair 2026. Very dark brown body, lasting thick off-white head. Alcohol and grapes in the smooth aroma. Lean, dry, nutty taste, sugary, light alcohol, nice, but not my favorite of theirs.
