Une DIPA issue d'une collab entre Spontanerie & Tripoint. Un gros houblonnage au Dolcita (Yakima), Talus et Citra et une fermentation à la BRY pour son pouvoir asséchant. Une dipa aux notes intenses d'agrumes de fruits tropicaux agrémentée d'une pointe résineuse.

330ml bottle from Brasserie du Pays Flamand. Hazed blonde appearance, good white head. Mushy bananas coming to the nose upon first sip, but not appearing to taste, very creamy mouthfeel.. interesting lime and associated exotic hints.. I dare say it's this new Dolcita hop that's responsible. Interesting but not achieving max potential.
