At 5%, this IPA is packed with fresh hop notes on both the nose and in the palate. The flavor is full of bitter notes from the combination of hops mixed with a hint of floral flavors and a nice citrus edge. Finish is bone dry.

Draught @ The Fox & Hounds, Sønderborg. Pours hazy amber with stable off-white head. Clear aroma of hops and needles, with hints of fruit and malt. Bitter, hoppy flavour with notes of needles, grass and yeast and touches of malt. Lingering, bitter aftertaste with estery and grassy notes. A decent beer for the style.

Bottle. A hazy, orange-colored beer topped by a small, dense, off-white head leaving lacing. Orange zest, some apricot and pine cones in the aroma. A faint maltyness too. It’s medium to full-bodied, with a soft carbonation. It has a nice fruity flavor, apricot, oranges and a touch of pine cones. Long finish on the fruity side. Quite nice this one, pleasant bitterness and it’s tasteful too. Still, sort of ordinary. 151114
