Can from The Beer Cave. Golden body with a faint haze and a thin white head. Lively carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of pine, marmalade and earth. Flavour of orange peel and Lockets. Medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. This is a nice IPA but it’s not as bright/hoppy as my favourite west coast IPAs.

Malty, caramel, clean, woody, not as resinous as most of other WCIPAs.

On tap at Craft Beer Co - Covent Garden, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle piney hops and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is fairly crisp, with crisp piney hops, biscuity malt and a hint of tanginess. Light, tangy and piney. Pleasant.

Thin white head on slowly carbonating amber coloured body. Orange, malt & spiced aroma. Medium bodied, smooth with livelier sticky back. Sweet, aromatic, stewed fruit, orange & herbal tastes with a peppery finish. Not really to style but very tasty.

Clear golden beer, white head. Smells of grapefruit, hope and pine. Flavour has the same qualities. Tropical fruit, loads of dry and grassy hop, a good malty base, pine, maybe a little pepper. Punchy, dry taste to it but it's crisp and fresh. Very decent.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours crystal clear honey-gold with a foamy, white topping. Delivers for the style, moderate sweetness, sun-kissed malts, semi-ripe citrus, piney hops. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lightly resinous finish, pleasantly malty, restrained bitterness, rindy citrus. Solid.
