On tap at Mikkeller Brewpub London, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma is complex and buggy, with wild yeast and oak. Flavour is complex, with lots of bugginess, oak, and gentle tart citrus. Buggy, oaky finish. Very nice.

Bottle. Clear gold with a large white head. Aroma of lime, funky crackery dough, under-ripe tropical fruit, grass, twigs. Dryish with straw and crackers, pungent citrus and under-ripe tropical notes, firm bitterness. Funk doesn't really come through and perhaps the hop aromatics are a little pushy, although less so as it warms. Good.
